Welcome to CrystalCyberMall (“CyberMall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating a store and listing products on the CyberMall platform, you (“Vendor,” “Store Owner,” or “you”) agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for the products and services they list, promote, and sell through CyberMall.
CyberMall does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the legality, quality, safety, or authenticity of any items sold by vendors.

2. Prohibited Products and Content

Vendors agree not to sell, promote, or display:

  • Pornographic material or adult-only content

  • Illegal, restricted, or controlled substances and items

  • Counterfeit goods or materials that infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Products or services that promote or encourage illegal activities

CyberMall reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes prohibited content or material.

3. Vendor Conduct Policy

Vendors must act professionally and respectfully at all times toward customers, other vendors, and CyberMall staff.
CyberMall may suspend or terminate vendors who:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats

  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive information

  • Attempt to manipulate customer reviews or feedback

  • Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal business practices

4. Right to Audit and Investigate

CyberMall reserves the right to audit any store, investigate complaints, and request additional information or documentation about vendors and their products at any time.
Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of the store.

5. Store Removal and Termination

CyberMall reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate any store or vendor account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
CyberMall is not obligated to provide an explanation for such actions.

6. No Liability

Vendors agree that CyberMall shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions, products sold, or interactions between vendors and customers.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their business activities conducted through the CyberMall platform.

7. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberMall, its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from their store’s products, services, operations, or conduct.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall occur in [City, State], and each party shall bear its own costs.
By agreeing to these Terms, vendors waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

9. Amendments

CyberMall reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Intellectual Property Protection

CyberMall respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects vendors to do the same.
Upon receipt of a credible complaint alleging infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, CyberMall may remove or suspend the allegedly infringing content, store, or account without prior notice.
CyberMall is not liable for any loss of revenue or damages resulting from such actions.
